Mental Health Social Worker

About the role

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Adult Mental Health Social Worker to join an Adult Locality Mental Health Team in Hounslow. This is an initial 3‑6 month contract working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide adult mental health assessments and support within a Local Authority setting.
• Carry out safeguarding and mental capacity assessments in line with the Care Act 2014.
• Manage caseloads using the Liquidlogic case management system.
• Attend the office at Hounslow House for at least two days per week, adapting to service demand.
• Collect and use Council‑provided IT equipment on the first day.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an Adult Mental Health team within a Local Authority.
• Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding procedures, and mental capacity assessments.
• Qualified Social Worker with current registration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Liquidlogic case management system.
