Menu & Marketing Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Menu & Marketing Coordinator to join our restaurant marketing team on a part‑time basis. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, on‑brand menus and creating in‑site marketing materials that enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update restaurant menus in Canva, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end menu production process, from draft review to final print and digital upload.
• Circulate menus for internal sign‑off, manage feedback, and archive previous versions.
• Create posters, table talkers and other POS materials to support seasonal campaigns.
• Upload updated menus to websites and provide assets for broader marketing use.
• Attend menu cook‑offs to capture accurate content and verify details.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
• Comfortable following brand guidelines and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Process‑driven, reliable and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
