Merchandiser – Flexible Part‑Time (Gloucestershire)

About the role

As an in‑store merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor, managing point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment and visual displays within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute point‑of‑sale product placement and visual merchandising.
• Replenish stock and conduct regular audits to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays that adhere to brand standards.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Develop and follow a cost‑effective journey plan for each store visit.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Reside within 15 miles of Glastonbury.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

What we offer

• Flexible part‑time contract (5‑20 hours per week, not guaranteed).
• £14.24 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
