About the role
We are looking for an experienced MET Fitter/Mechanic to join a leading UK bodyshop in Southall. The role involves working on a wide variety of vehicles, from everyday cars to prestige and classic models, delivering high‑quality repairs in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dismantle and re‑assemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally high standard.
- Strip and fit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Carry out mechanical repairs including air‑conditioning, radiators, suspension and heavy‑mechanical systems.
- Perform diagnostic pre‑ and post‑sweeps and road‑test vehicles after repair.
- Document each repair stage with photographs and records, ensuring BS1015 accreditation compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle repair or MET fitting.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work within a close‑knit team.
- Passion for working on innovative and diverse vehicle types.
- Willingness to work a 45‑hour week, Monday to Friday.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £55,000‑£58,000 per year (OTE £68,000‑£72,000).
- Full‑time permanent contract.
