Microsoft 365 Developer

About the role

Join a leading not‑for‑profit organisation in the North West as a Microsoft 365 Developer. You will work within a collaborative Business Systems team to design, build and maintain digital solutions that improve productivity across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Outlook and OneDrive with business applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Build and manage API integrations and custom connectors.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data protection and accessibility standards.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation and ongoing support.
• Work in an Agile environment alongside senior developers and analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Power Fx or HTML.
• Understanding of APIs, data integration and emerging tools like AI Builder or Copilot Studio.
• Awareness of M365 security, compliance and data protection principles.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
