Mid-Weight Designer

About the role

Beauty Bay is looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join its in‑house Creative team. You will work in a fast‑paced, ideas‑driven environment, shaping the brand’s visual identity across packaging, print, digital and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Beauty Bay own‑brand packaging from concept to print‑ready artwork, ensuring consistency and trend‑led freshness.
• Create and deliver digital and campaign creative for the website, app, email, paid and organic social channels.
• Collaborate with NPD, Studio, Social, Influencer, Trade and Buying teams to translate briefs into high‑quality visual solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and evolve seasonal style guides, templates and toolkits.
• Present design ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, packaging and print work.
• Experience in a similar in‑house or agency role, preferably within beauty, fashion or retail.
