Mid‑Weight Digital Designer – Sports & Entertainment

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Weight Digital Designer to join a fast‑growing international sports and entertainment organisation. You will create high‑quality visual assets for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, live events, broadcast and partnership campaigns, working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging creative for social platforms, YouTube thumbnails, paid campaigns, event branding, broadcast graphics and presentations.
• Produce production‑ready artwork for digital, print and broadcast assets.
• Adapt campaign creative across multiple platforms, formats and specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop templates and design systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute ideas to campaigns and ensure meticulous execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in an agency, brand or startup environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital‑first design and social media campaigns.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout and production skills across digital and print.
• Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
