About the role
Our client in Swindon is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing team. The role offers a supportive environment where you will work on a variety of components and contribute to high‑quality production.
Key responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding to a high standard on diverse materials and components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate welds.
- Prepare materials, measure and align components before welding.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised work area in line with health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in MIG welding.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- TIG welding experience is desirable.

What we offer
- Competitive rate of £16 per hour.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:30.
