MIS Enrolment Assistant (Casual, Temporary)

About the role
The MIS Enrolment Assistant provides essential administrative support during the busy enrolment period (August‑September) across Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester campuses. This casual, temporary role helps ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate student and enrolment data in the student records system.
- Communicate with and support students and curriculum staff throughout the enrolment period.
- Assist with the overall enrolment process, including setting up rooms, directing students, taking photographs, and checking forms and eligibility.
- Perform clerical duties such as distributing forms, filing, photocopying, producing letters, reports, and student ID cards.
- Promote the welfare of children and young people.
Required profile
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent digital literacy.
