About the role
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join Ottimo Property Services, part of the Trinity Property Group, delivering high‑quality cleaning for communal areas across residential developments in the Chesterfield area.
Key responsibilities
- Empty and clear rubbish from communal spaces.
- Replace failed light bulbs.
- Report maintenance issues to head office.
- Mop, dust and vacuum lobbies, stairwells and landings.
Required profile
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational ability and time‑keeping.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
