Mobile SMART Repairer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile SMART Repairer to join a fast‑growing mobile vehicle repair business serving Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire area. You will be the face of the company, delivering high‑quality cosmetic repairs directly to dealerships and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to dealership and retail locations across Swindon and surrounding region.
• Perform minor cosmetic damage repairs such as bumper scuffs, chipped alloys and surface scratches.
• Ensure repairs meet first‑time‑fix standards and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Use supplied tools and products efficiently to complete repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate updates to customers and management.
• Work independently, managing your own schedule and demonstrating a proactive, organised approach.
• Provide excellent customer service as the company’s regional representative.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mobile SMART Repairer (mobile or workshop‑based) preferred.
• Relevant transferable automotive accident repair skills such as vehicle re‑spraying and panel prepping.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Basic toolkit preferred (most tools will be supplied).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
