Mobile Windscreen Technician

About the role

Join Auto Windscreens as a Mobile Windscreen Technician, working independently on the road to repair and replace vehicle glass for a wide range of customers. This role combines technical work with excellent customer service, offering a clear career path within a national company.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and replace vehicle glass on everyday cars, classics, vans and high‑end vehicles.
• Provide outstanding customer service, arriving on time and communicating clearly with clients.
• Work independently while staying connected with the regional team and reporting feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and share suggestions.
• Continuously develop skills through training and NVQ qualifications.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in automotive or mechanical work (not essential).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and pride in workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and build a long‑term career.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Vehicle glass repair and replacement.
