Mortgage Adviser – Up to £100K OTE + Car Allowance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a market‑leading estate agency in Upminster. The role offers a high‑performance environment with strong lead generation, comprehensive training and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial advice to prospective home‑buyers.
• Work closely with estate‑agency teams to maximise referral opportunities.
• Convert pre‑booked appointments into completed mortgage deals.
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and refer clients to associated services such as conveyancing, lettings and surveying.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – preferred.
• Experience within an estate‑agency environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven commercial mindset and ability to manage a busy pipeline.

• Basic salary £25,000 – £40,000 plus uncapped commission (15 %–50 % of banked income).
