Mortgage Advisor – Customer‑focused Financial Services Role

About the role

Our client, a forward‑thinking financial services brokerage, is expanding its mortgage team. They are looking for a motivated Mortgage Advisor to help customers secure the right mortgage and protection products while delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recommend mortgage and protection solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage the sales process from enquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice, answer client queries, and guide them through the application process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other’s goals.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ideally hold CeMAP 1 or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, high motivation and ambition.
• Ability to work hard, stay focused on targets and enjoy a competitive environment.

• Basic salary of £29,000 plus OTE up to £70,000+.
