Mortgage Advisor – Flexible Home‑Based Role in Cambridgeshire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing, well‑established mortgage business operating across Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region. The role is primarily home‑based, offering flexibility while you build and manage key introducer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing introducer relationships and maximise lead flow.
• Develop new relationships with estate agents and new‑build developers.
• Advise clients on a range of mortgage and protection products.
• Maintain strong compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to meet introducers across Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage advisory experience.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales background with strong conversion ability.
• Experience working with introducers, estate agents or developers (desirable).
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
