About the role

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join its Somerset team. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely while supporting clients throughout their home‑buying journey.

Key responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
Provide clear, unbiased advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
Guide customers through the application process, ensuring a smooth and confident experience.
Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – mandatory.
Previous experience in mortgage advising.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑focused attitude.
Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
