About the role

Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join its Cambridge branch. The role involves providing mortgage and protection advice in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with estate‑agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
