About the role

The Mortgage Cube, part of Mortgage Advice Bureau, is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to join its growing team in Paignton. This full‑time role offers a blend of office‑based work with flexibility, allowing you to serve existing clients while building your own pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Provide suitable mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
• Advise on appropriate protection products where qualified.
• Manage mortgage applications from initial consultation through to completion.
• Follow up inbound enquiries and supplied business opportunities.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients and professional introducers.
• Proactively generate new business and grow a personal client bank.
• Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance requirements.
• Deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Hold CeMAP or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification.
• Be newly qualified or have previous mortgage advice experience.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive approach to developing new business.
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline effectively.
• Organised, motivated and customer‑focused.
• Enjoy working as part of a close‑knit office team.
• Have protection experience or an interest in developing this area.
