Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Full‑time in Epsom

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy financial services business in Epsom. You will work with a steady flow of high‑quality referred leads, providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to homebuyers from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Manage a pipeline of referred leads, conducting face‑to‑face or remote consultations.
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products while ensuring FCA compliance.
• Progress applications efficiently, liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
• Build long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.

Required profile

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification with current Competent Adviser status.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage and protection marketplace.
• Proven track record of mortgage completions and protection sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
