Motor Litigation Paralegal / Solicitor – Legal Opportunities

About the role

HF is seeking motivated legal professionals to join its high‑volume Motor Department across several UK offices. Whether you are an NQ solicitor, an experienced solicitor, or a skilled litigation executive/paralegal, you will work on defending motor insurance claims ranging from low value up to £100k.

Key responsibilities

• Handle litigated motor insurance claims, primarily on the defendant side.
• Apply the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and the SRA Code of Conduct in daily case work.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and develop expertise.
• Contribute to the department’s fast‑paced, high‑volume caseload while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in litigated claims, preferably with a focus on defendant cases.
• Familiarity with the CPR and the SRA Code of Conduct.
• Knowledge of motor insurance law and practice.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a desire to progress within a forward‑thinking firm.
