Are you an experienced and passionate sonographer ready to take the lead in a specialized clinical field? We are looking for a highly skilled MSK Cross Site Lead Sonographer to spearhead our Musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound service within the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLAG).

Working as part of the Humber Health Partnership (HHP), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality MSK ultrasound services, driving clinical education, and fostering close collaboration with the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH).

Missions principales

• Service Leadership: Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the MSK ultrasound and interventional ultrasound services.
• Clinical Excellence: Perform a wide range of advanced MSK ultrasound examinations and establish pathways for interventional procedures.
• Management & Governance: Oversee clinical governance, including incident reporting, service audits, and the implementation of safety policies.
• Team Coordination: Manage departmental resources, staff performance (recruitment, appraisals, absence management), and ensure seamless inter-site working.
• Strategic Collaboration: Represent the service in Trust meetings and participate in strategic planning to harmonize work within the multidisciplinary HHP team.
• Education & Training: Supervise and support the training and professional development of clinical staff.

Profil recherché

• Advanced expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound is essential.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership or senior supervisory role.
• Strong ability to work across multiple sites and collaborate within a large multidisciplinary partnership.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical audit, policy development, and service improvement.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
