MSK Physiotherapist

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to a private, self‑pay and medically insured caseload. You will work autonomously within established clinical pathways, from initial triage through to discharge, while building lasting relationships with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging, assessing, diagnosing and treating a designated clinical caseload with professional autonomy.
• Adhering to Bodyset policies, procedures and clinical guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Communicating effectively with clients, parents, carers and referring parties while maintaining confidentiality.
• Providing advice on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleep, stress management and overall wellbeing.
• Attracting new and returning clients through corporate workshops and partnership initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate client documentation, records and statistical reports in line with service level agreements.
• Continuously developing professional expertise through CPD, conferences and events.
• Upholding the CSP Code of Professional Values and HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
• Supporting multidisciplinary team efforts to improve clinic services.

Required profile

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Ability to work autonomously while following Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management, verbal and written communication skills.
• 1+ years relevant post‑graduate clinical experience, preferably in the private sector.
