Missions principales

• Execute efficient multi-drop deliveries using transit and flatbed vehicles (up to 3.5t) to ensure timely and safe arrival of orders.
• Provide high-quality customer service, representing the company professionally during all client interactions.
• Manage the loading and unloading of goods with strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle integrity and ensure all deliveries are completed in perfect condition.
• Balance time between branch-based customer support and on-the-road delivery duties.

Profil recherché

• Hold a valid Category B driving license (up to 3.5t) for at least 12 months.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the manual aspects of loading/unloading.
• Proven experience in customer service roles with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Resilient, energetic, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Highly adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Competences requises

• Safe driving and vehicle operation (up to 3.5t).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
• Time management and route optimization.
