Multi Skilled Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a fast‑growing company in Selhurst. The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and industrial environments, ensuring facilities remain safe and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out emergency call‑outs and scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Perform a variety of trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, glazing and lock fitting.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify structural issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain fire doors, manage legionella control and other health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Record all work, communicate with customers and management, and update company tracking systems.

Required profile

• Relevant trade qualifications or experience are desirable.
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication with clients and team members.
