Multi-Skilled Reactive Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Masterfix GB Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Reactive Maintenance Engineer to join its London team. You will be responsible for a wide variety of property repairs, delivering high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service across residential and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs including doors, locks, taps, leaks, carpentry, kitchen units and snagging issues.
• Perform silicone and mastic repairs, replace ironmongery, and repair ceilings, walls and sanitaryware.
• Respond to out‑of‑hours emergency call‑outs as part of a 1‑in‑3 rota.
• Interact professionally with clients on occupied properties, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in property maintenance.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve faults efficiently.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work both self‑employed and PAYE arrangements.
