Multi Trade Operative

About the role

Regent Development is seeking skilled Multi Trade Operatives to join a dynamic team that delivers remedial works for home insurance companies across the Dartford area. You will work on a variety of repair projects caused by fire, flood or storm damage, operating within a 50‑mile radius of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out second‑fix carpentry tasks such as fitting skirting boards, doors, architraves and Howdens kitchens, including mitred worktops.
• Perform plastering of ceilings and walls after damage.
• Provide high‑quality decorating services, including painting and wallpaper hanging.
• Collaborate with electricians, plumbers and other tradespeople on larger jobs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least one of the listed trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Good communication skills and a current driving licence.
• Additional skills such as tiling or plumbing are advantageous.
