Multi‑Site Property Maintenance Operative

About the role

MCR Property Group is seeking a motivated Multi‑Site Property Maintenance Operative to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West. You will join a supportive team focused on quality, consistency and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• General property maintenance and repairs, including tapering, jointing and carpentry work.
• Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
• Install and replace fixtures and fittings.
• Conduct building inspections and routine maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues, property managers and tenants.
• Maintain safe and tidy working areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman or a similar role.
• Good all‑round maintenance skills with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence, own transport and tools.
• Willingness to travel across the North West.
• Cladding experience is desirable.
