About the role
We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Fitter with experience in motors and pumps to join a well‑established engineering firm in Bristol. The role is workshop‑based, supporting the water industry across the UK by fitting, testing, and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Test, fault‑find, fit and repair motors, pumps and associated equipment.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical work in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and reliability.
- Work a standard 40‑hour week (7:30 am‑4:30 pm) with optional overtime.
Required profile
- Experience as a fitter, technician or engineer with a focus on motors or pumps.
- Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently in a workshop setting.

What we offer
- Salary £38,000‑£40,000 per year (OTE up to £55,000).
- Overtime paid at 1.5× rate.
