Multiskilled Mobile Engineer

About the role

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Multiskilled Mobile Engineer to deliver maintenance and reactive services across client sites. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, based in various locations with an immediate start date. You will work within the M&E and Facilities Management sector supporting blue‑chip commercial and public clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks on plant at client sites.
• Complete job tasks on PDA, including risk assessments.
• Use client portal and CAFM system as required.
• Provide further works reports and liaise with clients on completed and additional work.
• Update contract managers with site information and inform administrators of plant changes.
• Collect parts from suppliers or head office and submit weekly timesheets.

Required profile

• Industry qualifications and continuous employment history in HVAC and building services.
• Experience with boilers, air‑conditioning, electrical systems and air handling units (AHU) and fan coil units (FCU).
• Ability to manage own time, paperwork and build long‑term client relationships.
• Positive, flexible attitude with commercial awareness to identify additional work.
