Multiskilled Night Team Member – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the IBIS London City Shoreditch team as a Multiskilled Night Team Member, providing a warm welcome and seamless service to guests during the night shift. You will be the face of the hotel from 11 pm to 7:18 am, ensuring safety, comfort, and a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception desk, process night audits and nightly reports.
• Assist security with building monitoring and safety procedures.
• Support the day team by maintaining service standards around the clock.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare and deliver them promptly.
• Perform bar duties, serve hot/cold drinks, cocktails, mocktails and beer.
• Maintain clean and tidy service areas and follow hygiene standards.
• Handle order taking, suggestive selling and maximize sales opportunities.
• Respond to any reasonable requests from supervisors or hotel management.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a genuine desire to enhance guest well‑being.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11 pm‑7:18 am) on a full‑time permanent basis (39 hours/week).
• Ability to learn and perform both reception and F&B tasks.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a team‑oriented mindset.
