Multi‑Trader – Social Housing Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking experienced Multi‑Traders to join a dedicated refurbishment team serving social housing associations across North and South London. The role involves working on occupied and void properties, delivering a wide range of repair and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out disrepair and damp remediation works in line with NHF schedule of rates.
• Install kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms, including cap‑and‑cove flooring and hot‑weld finishes.
• Perform decorations, window and door installations or repairs.
• Execute brickwork, rendering, plastering and carpet/vinyl floor covering.
• Undertake investigative works to diagnose building issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the social housing sector.
• Current CSCS card.
• Asbestos awareness training.
• Ability to work safely on occupied properties.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NHF schedule of rates.
• Competence in disrepair, damp, kitchen, bathroom and wet‑room installations.
• Proficiency in decorations, window/door fitting, brickwork, rendering, plastering and floor covering.
• Cap and cove wet‑room flooring, including hot‑weld techniques.
