National Account Executive – EU

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a National Account Executive to join its EU commercial team. The role will drive sales performance across key retail partners, support brand positioning, and contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse weekly sales reports, highlighting retail trends, category insights and store performance.
• Support the National Account Manager with net and retail sales forecasting, meeting financial deadlines and flagging risks.
• Monitor and optimise net sales performance, ensuring proactive inventory and assortment management in collaboration with the supply chain.
• Maintain 100 % shelf availability by working closely with retailers, supply‑chain teams and regional stock managers.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with buying, merchandising and marketing contacts at key retail partners.
• Produce ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to address emerging business needs.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets.
• Highly numerate and data‑driven, able to interpret performance metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with retail partners.
• Ability to react quickly to market trends and identify growth opportunities.
