National Account Executive

About the role

Revolution Beauty is looking for a National Account Executive in London, working hybrid (2 days per week at home). The role coordinates tactical support for customers and supports the National Account Manager with relevant administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Keep track of in-market plans for each customer and ensure all relevant administration and support is complete
• Use sales data to check consistency with internal data and monitor product and category performance by market and customer
• Coordinate samples sent to each account at key launch times
• Manage customer-specific registration requirements and liaise with teams so information is ready for product launches
• Coordinate, submit and evaluate account-specific promotions and proposals
• Liaise with Marketing to implement the cosmetic promotional programme for all accounts
• Produce stand update packs, coordinating with the relevant Distributor and Merchandising Company
• Support National Account Managers with range reviews, trackers, stand layouts and retailer planograms, including introductions and discontinuations
• Carry out monthly pricing and margin checks across all accounts
• Maintain customer order forms accurately and handle ad hoc reporting and projects requested by customers and NAMs
• Curate sales opportunities using sales and stock data to deliver packages that drive sales

Required profile

• Excellent Excel skills, able to manipulate and analyse data
• Ability to interpret data and give insights on growth opportunities
• Wide business, brand and market knowledge, with a passion for Revolution
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Proactive, ambitious and driven to keep improving
• Similar experience in the cosmetics industry is desirable
