National Account Manager – EU

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an ambitious National Account Manager to join its Commercial team within the EU function. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, and negotiating reciprocal support to bring the brand to life in stores and online.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels within designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing.
• Conduct commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space, location, in‑store visibility, and support.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of retail context, category, and store performance to identify opportunities and strategic needs.
• Accurately forecast and deliver net sales for defined retailers, meeting financial targets, deadlines, and budget submissions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting for new product development and core lines, and manage inventory and assortment in collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
• React swiftly to retail trends, delivering plans that maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with a natural ability to achieve creative results and ambitious growth targets.
• Highly numerate, target‑driven and commercially savvy.
• Passionate about working in the beauty industry.
