National Key Account Manager

About the role

Step into a pivotal position as a National Key Account Manager, driving success with strategically important clients. You will manage and grow Holcim's most vital relationships, maximise revenue and ensure the company remains the preferred partner for sustainable construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within client organisations.
• Design and execute account strategies that align with client business objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Protect existing business by delivering exceptional service and deeply understanding client needs.
• Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, high‑quality outcomes and prompt issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to tailor solutions that exceed client expectations.
