NetSuite Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects for a leading UK consultancy. You will work remotely with occasional visits to Hampshire and client sites across the South East, guiding customers from discovery through go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live support.
• Run workshops to understand business processes and design effective ERP solutions.
• Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations and bespoke developments.
• Provide user training and ongoing guidance throughout project delivery.
• Support pre-sales workshops, solution demonstrations and project scoping.
• Contribute to implementation best practices and continuous improvement within the consulting team.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multiple NetSuite implementations in an end-user or consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
• Finance or accounting background with solid knowledge of business systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Exposure to Microsoft Business Central is advantageous.
