About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Neurodevelopment Practitioner to join the Gwent Neurodevelopmental Service. The role involves supporting children and young people up to 18 years old who present with neurodiverse conditions, delivering timely and high‑quality assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children and adolescents.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
- Contribute to reducing waiting times for families seeking assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to NHS clinical governance standards.
Required profile
- Motivated and experienced practitioner with a background in neurodevelopmental work.
- Ability to work with children and young people up to 18 years of age.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, timely services.
