New & Used Car Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Yeovil Audi as a New & Used Car Sales Specialist and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You will work with the prestigious Audi brand, identifying customer needs and presenting suitable vehicle solutions while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable new or used Audi vehicle.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and confidently present vehicles and associated products.
• Manage enquiries, test drives, quotations, and vehicle handovers to a high standard.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all sales processes are completed compliantly.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for the Audi brand and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, motivated and tenacious with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude towards learning, development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also being self‑motivated.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of Audi vehicles.
