Parts Advisor

About the role

Yeovil Audi is looking for a Parts Advisor to support its busy aftersales operation. The role ensures the workshop, technicians and retail customers receive the correct parts efficiently and on time, with accurate stock control and strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supply parts to the workshop and retail customers
• Identify and order parts accurately using manufacturer systems
• Manage stock, deliveries and regular inventory checks
• Process customer orders, sales and enquiries
• Prepare parts for scheduled workshop jobs
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction

Required profile

• Experience in an automotive parts or service environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Team player who thrives in a busy environment
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
• Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am to 12:30pm
• A uniform is provided
