About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Acorn Park School. You will deliver specialist OT assessment and intervention within an education setting, supporting pupils to develop independence and achieve their potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for pupils.
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Participate in research projects and special interest groups.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
Required profile
- Qualified Occupational Therapist, newly qualified or with limited experience.
- Commitment to working within a school environment.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
- Ability to work creatively and flexibly to meet pupil needs.
Required skills
- Occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques.
What we offer
- Salary up to £53,200 per year (DOE).
- £2,000 training allowance after probation.
