About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join a reputable firm in Chelmsford and Ipswich. The role focuses on corporate law, offering a clear career path and the chance to work on a variety of commercial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with share purchases, sales and reorganisations.
- Draft commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.
- Prepare ancillary documents related to corporate transactions.
- Support senior lawyers on complex deals and client meetings.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor, recently admitted to the roll.
- Interest in corporate law and commercial transactions.
- Motivation to develop a long‑term career with a view to partnership.
