Night Ambassador – Hospitality

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador and become the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences around the clock. You’ll blend hospitality, concierge, and barista skills while enjoying a dynamic, fun‑filled work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and assist them at self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a city concierge, providing recommendations on dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living room, canteen, and food displays for the next shift.
• Handle guest requests, operate the property management system (PMS), and support facility needs.
• Set up and service societyM meeting rooms when required.
