Night Ambassador – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

As a Night Ambassador you will be the face of citizenM during the overnight shift, welcoming guests, handling self‑check‑in, preparing food and drinks, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist them with self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a concierge, providing local recommendations and answering guest queries.
• Maintain the living‑room area, clean the canteen, and arrange food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations, night audit and other tasks in the property management system.
• Manage keys and overall hotel operations during the night, including emergency situations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Operation of a Property Management System (PMS) and completion of night audit tasks.
