Night Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated night owl to join our Housekeeping team at The Headland. As a Night Cleaner you will ensure that our hotel, luxury spa, pool and Aqua Club areas are immaculate and ready to impress guests each morning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 5‑star cleanliness standards across the main hotel, spa, and Aqua Club.
• Perform poolside cleaning safely, using swimming competency to work in and around the pool environment.
• Organise night shifts independently, keeping all areas stocked, tidy and well‑presented.
• Prepare all public and back‑of‑house spaces for the next day’s guests.

Required profile

• Proactive and organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously during night hours.
• Competent swimmer due to work around deep pools.
