Night Concierge – Luxury Hotel (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Night Concierge to join the luxury Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London. The role involves delivering exceptional service to guests throughout the night, handling requests, and providing local knowledge to enhance their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Attend promptly to all guest requests, requirements and complaints.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions and activities, and liaise with business contacts to fulfill guest requests.
• Deliver documents and messages for the Executive Offices as required.
• Monitor the telephone message printer and distribute messages every 20 minutes.
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities and the property layout.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to walk moderate distances during shifts.
• Valid driver’s licence (mandatory).
