Night House Host/Receptionist

About the role

As a Night House Host/Receptionist you will be the face of the Locke brand during the night shift, welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will join a dynamic night reception team in a centrally‑located London aparthotel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests, creating memorable first impressions.
• Handle check‑out procedures and ensure accurate billing.
• Manage reservations, enquiries and guest queries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide local area information and recommend attractions.
• Assist contractors, visitors and other Edyn property staff with out‑of‑hours requests.

Required profile

• Natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable questioning processes, seeking innovation and improvement.
• Accountable, collaborative and eager to empower teammates.
• Open to flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Required skills

• Reservation management and guest‑service handling.
