Night Porter – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Night Porter to join the team at De Vere Horsley Estate. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and the hotel during the night shift, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, five nights a week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks and walk‑rounds of all hotel areas, addressing cleanliness, safety and security issues.
• Assist with the set‑up of conference rooms and coffee stations as required.
• Work alongside at least one other night‑team member and support events staff during late‑night weddings or functions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and incidents, maintaining high service standards throughout the night.

Required profile

• Previous experience working night hours in hospitality or a customer‑service environment.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and delivering attentive service.
• Confident handling health‑ and safety responsibilities for guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small night team.
