About the role
Join Waitrose as a Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant for the Christmas period, helping customers enjoy a fully stocked store and supporting online order fulfilment during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish shelves to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.
- Prepare online orders for delivery drivers.
- Reduce waste by applying markdowns to items nearing their sell‑by dates.
- Assist the wider shop team with checkout support, Click & Collect, and on‑demand orders.
- Maintain a safe, tidy working environment and perform general shop‑keeping tasks.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers.
What we offer
- Night premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00‑06:00.
- Starting pay of £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days).
