Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant

About the role

As a Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant you will help keep the store shelves fully stocked and ensure customers find the products they need, even during the night shift. You will support the overall store operation, contributing to a safe and pleasant shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish stock on shelves to maintain product availability.
• Prepare online orders for delivery drivers.
• Apply markdowns and manage products approaching their sell‑by dates to reduce waste.
• Assist at checkout and support Click & Collect orders when needed.
• Fulfill on‑demand customer orders and other ad‑hoc shop‑keeping tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch during night hours.
• Interest in food and drink trends is desirable.
