Sales Executive B2B – Commercial Insurance

About the role

As a Sales Executive B2B you will be the front‑line representative of Helen Fallon Consulting, expanding the commercial insurance portfolio across a range of industries. You will build a personal brand in the local market, attend networking events and convert new business enquiries into tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fact‑find meetings (in‑person or virtual) to understand each client’s risk profile and protection needs.
• Provide expert advice on commercial lines such as Property, Liability, Professional Lines and Cyber Insurance.
• Prepare clear proposals, manage policy documentation, invoices and finance agreements.
• Own and manage your sales pipeline, meeting financial performance targets.
• Attend networking events, industry meet‑ups and local business functions to generate leads and grow a professional network.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter with a strong desire to meet people and take accountability for success.
• Solid understanding or background in commercial insurance lines or broader financial services.
• Proven ability to engage decision‑makers and present professionally at networking events.
• Highly self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

What we offer

• Salary between £28,000 and £33,000 per year.
